Services

Concerto Labs provides 1:1 AI fluency coaching for executives and senior leaders by invitation only. Access to sessions is subject to availability and our invitation process.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for professionals 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Invitations and Access

Invitation codes are personal and non-transferable. They expire 60 days from issuance and must match the email or phone number they were sent to. Attempting to use another person's invitation code is a violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on concertolabs.ai — including text, design, and coaching materials — is the property of Concerto Labs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Confidentiality

Coaching sessions are confidential. Concerto Labs coaches will not share the substance of your sessions without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Concerto Labs provides coaching and educational services. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from advice given in sessions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
